    Perezoso Villa is a loft-style industrial home with two-story doors that open to the jungle and gardens in front of the structure. The house uses many elements from the surrounding jungle and beaches as interior design pieces. It has a lofted bedroom, two full bathrooms (no tubs), a generous kitchen space, dining area, mobile living room, a work station, and a large observation deck at the front. It is minutes from the beach and a 12-minute walk on the beach to the town of Puerto Viejo.

    This is an entire home rental. Guests have access to the entire home.

    We live about 300 meters from Playa Negra, a beautiful metallic black sand beach. We are on a private, very healthy piece of jungle garden with a generous amount of wildlife—sloths, monkeys, parrots, toucans, and many other animal visitors.

    Our property is very private and quiet. We are as available as guests desire.

    About 1 km from Puerto Viejo, in a lovely neighborhood. Puerto Viejo is a bike-friendly town; taxis and tuk-tuks are also an option.
